Born in Benevento in 1980. He works in the Milan and Rome offices of Mainini & Associati. He is the partner of M&A and private equity department.
He graduated in Law from the Federico II University of Naples and in Business Economics and Legislation from the Second University of Naples.
He attended the Master in Corporate Law/Corporate Law at SDA of Bocconi University and the Second Level Master in Corporate Tax Law at Bocconi University.
He is a member of AIAF, the Italian Association for Financial Analysis, and has completed the three-year internship for Statutory Auditor enrolled in the register kept by the Ministry of Economy and Finance. Mennato has practiced in some of the most important Italian and international law and tax firms, acquiring significant experience in corporate, tax and capital markets law with particular reference to domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, Private Equity and Venture capital, capital increases also through equity crowdfunding, bond issues (minibonds, project bonds, green bonds) and listing processes, also assisting in vendor or acquisition Tax&Legal due diligence processes. In 2019, he joined the Mainini & Associati Team as a Partner in charge of the Firm’s M&A and Private Equity department. In addition, his professional activities include day-by-day corporate and tax consulting for listed companies, generational transition and financial taxation, and tax litigation. He is the author of contributions in a number of national newspapers. In 2021, Mennato was named among the best professionals in the Corporate/M&A category by MF – Milano Finanza.
