Mainini & Associati was established in 1960 by Giampiero Mainini with the vision of providing comprehensive expertise in legal, tax, accounting, and business management services.
The firm was further developed by his two sons, Avv. Pier Angelo Mainini and Dr. Aldo Mainini, and has since welcomed the third generation into the team, ensuring continuity and innovation in its legacy.

Mainini & Associati is organized in specific areas of expertise, independent of each other but closely connected. The attribution of specific skills but, at the same time, the multidisciplinary approach and the special attention to the business of each Client allows us to provide a high-quality tailoring service in both legal, tax, and accounting areas.
The primary focus is to assist the client 360° by working with them daily to ensure proactive integrated advice. The firm also arranges monthly meetings and sends periodic newsletters to keep the client updated and informed of the latest developments.
The collaborators are lawyers, certified public accountants, auditors, and labour consultants: a large team to provide the Client with an efficient interdisciplinary service.
